19 November 2018 what will be the due date of AGM for a Private limited company incorporated on 6th dec 2017.
Aoc 4 has been submitted with due date as 30 sep 2018.
please elaborate the consequences and remedies available with the company.

2. First AGM date can be 31-12-2018 -- Section 96(1) proviso.
