How do the voting will take place in AGM.

Non executive director

Can anyone tell whether it is mandatory for non executive director to attend board meeting and whether company is liable to pay him sitting fees for the same.

An Italian company is holding more tahn 70% of the share capital in a pvt ltd company incorporated in India. Please tell me whether that company comes under the definition of holding&subsidiary company under the Companies Act, 1956. Waiting for your valuable advise.

Please suggests, if a company increases its paid up capital from 1 lacs to 2 crores on 31/03/2012 .Should the same company is required to take compliance certificate from PCS for fianacial year 2011-12.

what should be the MAIN OBJECT clause in the FORM 1A for a FILM PRODUCTION COMPANY for the name approval for the purpose of incorporation of a company.
