Since I have paid tax , as necessary , I submit form 26AS with a copy of concerned challan with a request to issue revise order under section 154 of IT act-1961 which is NOT RESPONDED since more than a month by IT office. Sir,

My query is below:

I have filed the ITR 4 for the A.Y. 2011-12 (F.Y. 2010-11),
--books of accounts were maintained
--Audit report has been got from CA as it is auditable

I have filed itr 4 with DSC (ONLINE)

now my question is
1) whether i have to file audit report or not & or our CA has to do same???

2)After online filed ITR 4 , whether i have to send the same in physically documents to IT OFFICE or not???

I am a accountant and provide accounting services to few of my clients.

I have recently (1 month) started these service and has not registerd my firm till now.

My purpose to open bank account to collect payments from clients and not to register the firm or under any act such as service tax untill I come under any laws.

1. Income tax law - Till I am under tax excempt limit, I need not to apply pan else I need to file yearly return.
2. Service Tax law - Till I am under exempt taxable turn over limit, I need not to register for service tax.
3. What I tried is registration of SSI but they asking bribe to register the firm and at this moment of time I could not afford it for this new start-up.
4. Labour law have official Rs. 250 minimum fee + Bribe, if they ask for.

What are other ways and possibly cheapest way to open bank account for collecting amount from client into bank?
