SIR/MADAM,
MY ASSESSEE HAVE A AGENT IN FOREIGN COUNTRY, AGENT IS ALSO A NON RESIDENT, THE ASSESSEE HAD PAID COMMISSION RS. 500,000/-. IS ASSESSEE IS LIABLE TO DEDUCT TDS.

we have started a company under new companies act 2013 now WE want to close it we have not carry a single transaction during the year we only have bank cash including 50000/-(bank)we want to close it how we can?
can u please tell me process ,fees ,time etc.

Eligibility of gratuity

Hi,

Can anyone let me know if I am eleigible to get gratuity under following circumstances.

Date of Joining - 12-07-2010
Last Workig Day after Resignation - 31-01-2015

I have a balance earlned leave of ~50 days. Will that be considered for the purpose of calulation of tenure of service for gratuity entitlement.

Could you also share with me the section of the act for reference purpose.
