Please let me know the implication if we do not affix REVENUE STAMP on receipt of more than Rs. 5000/-.

Except legal validity of receipt, is there any penality or other charges for violation of section 2(23) of THE INDIAN STAMP ACT, 1899.

A person works in a company for five years and he is entitled to get gratuity when he terminates the office.Again he joins some other office. whether the five year which he had worked in previous Ofice ll be taken in to account.Or from the beginning he have to start fresh.........

1. Please tell me what is the period for which a Statutory Auditor or a CA can be appointed by a company is it according to financial year or any time?

2. What if the company wants to discontinue with the Statutory Auditor does the company need to pre inform the auditor what is the time the changes can be done & how ?
What are the things to be taken care of ...?
