What is the procedure to register a society? Please let me all the rules and regulations.

if mr. X a member(1 share) of a public co. appoints a proxy mr.y on 10th may and another proxy mr.z on 11th may...x submits it to the co. on 12th may and y submits the form on 13th may...GM is on 20th May....which proxy will be valid?

there is a case where there is a reduction in the membership below statutory minimum(sec.45.)and the creditors take action for recovery from the shareholders for recovery of debts..

my query- one of the features of company is limitation of action i.e. the creditors can sue the company but not its shareholders....the company in turn will recover the amount from shareholders......in the above case will this be applicable??

if i buy a house on housing loan for rs.40 lac today for 20 yrs. after 1 year value of house got appreciated by 5 lac. can i sell the house for rs 45 lac? is registery will be in my favour?

If we conduct agm after the period falling under section 166 and 210 then agm held is not void?
As per section 168 penalty for not conducting agm is rs 50000 and rs 2500 per day till the default continues.
I want to ask that is there the same penalty for not conducting agm and agm conducted after period falling under section 166 and 210.
