Dear friends ,
Mrs.X ownd a house. She gifted the house to her relatives by preparing the gift deed and paid the stamp duty on the same.At the time of transfering the property by the revenue authority claimed that this gift deed is void-ab -intio and the the tranfer of the property as gift can not be considered.
Wheteher the Claaimed made by the revenue authority is corrrect??
Is there any judgement relating to above case is found then kindly requested to refer the same.
I also want to know that is there any law relating to the Gift is prevailing ,if yes then kindly requested to give the name of the same.

I am lawyer with over 3 years of practice. I wished to start my own work so i pursued a PG Diploma course in Taxation. Now the course is over, but I wish to take some practical training before i jump into the field. Is it feasible if i seek affiliations from tax lawyers to give their tax related queries to me and I do the research work for them and mail the entire legal memorandum to them??

We are resident of Mumbai and we have a house in malad west.
our house went into re-development and we had made an agreement(on my grand mom name) with the builder for the new house in consideration of our old house.
Unfortunately the builder turned bad and dint stand by the said agreement i.e he has not given us the new flat on the basis of agreement and when he called us to sign the new agreement for registering the said given flat on our name we denied to signed and currently we are fighting a legal battle against the builder
the old agreement was made on my grand moms name and she is very ill and we want to transfer the rights,title of the said property on my fathers name and we have got the possession of the flat
so can you guide me which instrument can be proved effective to transfer the property's right and title on my fathers name when the said property is duly not registered on my grand mom name as we are fighting a case in the court of law.

one of my friend joined a firm of chartered accountants in july,2011 at that time the employer was offering Rs.10000 p.m. and employee(friend) Rs.15000.when he joined in, he got his salary @rs.15000 and from then on he got Rs.15000 till date.Now employer says he approved only 10000/- and wants to recover the excess paid earlier can he do so? he contends we paid employee by mistake @15000/-
Employer is a private enterprise.
employer wants to reduce the salary to 10000 and recover the excess paid earlier.
can he do so?

Dear sir,
my question is regarding the coverage of the establishment under ESIC act
sir,
There is one factory in GIDC area and had employed more than 20 employees in the factory.
and the client has deined the applicability of esic to the factory on the ground that there is no hospital covered by esic within 1km to 2km area or range from the factory place...
so my question is whether there is any non applicability on the above basis in the act or not??
because i tried my best to find about the reason whether the contention of the client is right or not??

i have a query related o sec 283(1)g....
if a director is absent from BM without obtaining leave of absence and that meeting is adjourned and on that adjourned meeting he is present
than whether his prensence is calculated or not for that adjourned meeting
OR
that adjourned meeting is taken as new meeting ????
