I need to give the data of salary for actuary valuation of employees of my company.
but i have one confusion that whether i need to give salary data of all the employees or only of the employees who have completed 5 years of services ??

There are two partners. The partnership deed contains one clause which says that if any of the partners die the partnership will not be dissolved and the remaining partner will continue the business.

Q 1) Is this clause holding good ?

Q 2) If one partner dies , will the other partner (only one) continue partnership ?

Q 3) If one partner dies , is a dissolution deed required ?

Q 4) If the clause is valid, will not the partnership be deemed to be a proprietorship concern ?

Q 5) A new partner is admitted within 5 days of the death of a new partner and a new partnership deed has been created,is still a dissolution deed required ?

in mock test of ca club india in final course i find a question in which the minor can be appointed as a director of a pvt. co . in some cases but we cannot apply for din so how can be minnor become a director of a pvt. co ??????????????????????.

Mine is a pvt co. I want to appoint a new auditor in place of retiring auditor in AGM itself.
What is the procedure to do the same? does it require special notice from any member or Board can do it by itself?

If a house is purchase in joint names and the agreement is silent on share of each owner then can it be assumed as 50% share i.e equal in case of 2 co-owners.....even if entire payment is made from one of the owners??
