In a public co. if there are 3 directors- MD,WTD and Small shareholder director.

now did this public co. fullfill the requirement of sec. 252 or it has to appoint one more director ????

one of my client has entered into agreement with a company in turkey providing certification services.

as per agreement my client has to pay to the foreign co. 150$ per certification.

He has done 3 certification in the year 12-13.

now he want to make pmt of 450$ to the turkish co.

he has come to me for form 15CB certificate.

My Question:

whether my client needs to deduct tax at source? if yes at what rate?

My employer is not paying salary to staff from last six months. They have also stopped project activities. Employer is distributing salary slip every month but not paying. Now guide me how to secure my salary.

There are two partners. The partnership deed contains one clause which says that if any of the partners die the partnership will not be dissolved and the remaining partner will continue the business.

Q 1) Is this clause holding good ?

Q 2) If one partner dies , will the other partner (only one) continue partnership ?

Q 3) If one partner dies , is a dissolution deed required ?

Q 4) If the clause is valid, will not the partnership be deemed to be a proprietorship concern ?

Q 5) A new partner is admitted within 5 days of the death of a new partner and a new partnership deed has been created,is still a dissolution deed required ?
