New Companies bill is yet not notified, so it will not be applicable in Jun-2013.

No, it will not applicable in June, 2013 attempt because it in not in nature of Act and not passed by Rajya Sabha.
The Companies Act, 1956 will be applicable for June 2013 attempt.
