what are the consequences if the compamy fails to record the minutes of meeting within 30days of that meeting held?

kindly help to interpret the following clause:
Except as specifically mentioned elsewhere in this Agreement, the Lease rentals and all other charges payable by the Lessee to the Lessor under / in relation to this Agreement shall be paid free of any restriction or condition and free and clear of and without any withholding, whether on account of tax or otherwise. If the Lessee is obliged to make any counter-claim, set off, deduction or withholding from any such amount, then the amount payable by the Lessee shall be increased to the extent necessary to ensure that, after making the deduction or withholding, the Lessor receives and retains (free from any liability except for tax on overall income) a net sum equal to the Lease Rentals, if no such counter-claim, set off, deduction or withholding had been required or made.
3.3 In the event the Lessee fails to pay the Lease Rentals for a continuous period of 30 days after the due date, this Agreement shall, notwithstanding the provisions of Clause 15 (giving of notice to remedy breach), come to an end at the option of the Lessor and the Lessee shall be required to remove itself, its belongings, employees, etc. from the Leased Premises.
3.4 Except as specifically mentioned elsewhere in this Agreement, the Lessee shall not seek any reimbursement nor seek to recover any monies spent and/or paid by it in relation to the Demised Premises, from the Lessor or from the Demised Premises and to that extent the Lessee hereby waives any and all rights that they have or might have against the Lessor including the rights under section 69 of the Contract Act, 1872 or under any statute or law or under any agreement or document executed between them or any third party.

We are a printing company having 60 nos permanent employees. Among them we deduct PF only from 28 nos employees as the rests are not interested in making payment for PF. Our basic salary is Rs.3000/-. Now my question is that are we liable to deduct PF from all our permanent employees and if yes then what penalty we have to pay as we are not deducting PF from all our employees ?

Mr X joined in March, EPF, and esic both r laible to dedcut from his salary, can we deduct from the first month of his appointment, whether the employee has to get some number and then only to deduct, pls tell in detail about the procedure.
and also tell me whether in first month on earned salary is deducted. for number what should be done.

Is professional Tax deduction Compulsory??
If it so, there is a small instance.. A company does not deduct nor remit Professional Tax to the Government since its incorporation.. what will be its duties and What will be its penalty charges and how much will be interest paid to the Government???. the state i'm referring to is Tamil Nadu

Mr.X was an employee of xyz enterprises.Later during the period of 2008 xyz enterprises was converted into XYZ PVT LTD.The total period of service rendered by Mr.X in XYZ enterprises and XYZ PVT LTD in aggregate exceeds 5 years.
Further XYZ PVT LTD is registered under shops and establishment act and has not completed 5 years of incorporation
Is xyz pvt ltd correct in paying gratuity to Mr.X considering the period of 5yrs(in both )

Dear Expert,
When i was 6 month that time i and my mom dad migrate from nepal after that i never gone to nepal i permanently settle here. I did my schooling and graduation from mumbai and I had all proof of identity & Resident like PAN, Votor ID,Ration Card,Adhar,Driving Licence,bank paasbook and College Leaving Certificate. I had applied for passport by registration / neutilization what certificate they will demand for place of bith? or should i have give affidavit?
Please give your valuable suggestion as earliest.
