Online registration of partnership firm

Respected Sir,
I want to register partnership firm in Pune.
I want to know is there any way to register firm online. If yes what is the Procedure and please let me know what all forms/documents we need to submit along with stamp paper and partnership deed for Registration of New partnership firm.

If there is a shareholder (A) and he takes a loan from his friend and A invests this money in his company which is a Pvt. Ltd. Company. Will the company accept this loan under the provisions of Companies Act 1956.

HI,

I want to change my name. Can any one please tell me what are the procedures for the same.

and how i have to deal with the situations like I will have some of the important documents on my old name. then how i have to prove it that this are of mine.
