Mr. X is a Tenant and he shares his property without the approval of the owner on certain fixed commission basis to the third party on an agreement.What is the legal consequences. Please note that nowhere he has mentioned that he has let out the property...he is sharing plot for the business of the Third Party for term of 6 years.Further can he be regarded as commissioning agent?

I have query that, If CA has issued Form-15CB, as "Unsecured Loan to subsidiary",
and form 15CA filed by bank for remittance in Form-15CA as "Equity"

Is there any way to make change in Form-15CA&CB, or any other way?

Is the filing of 23B form compulsory for an auditor of a newly incorporated company .i.e. the first auditor also appointed by Board of Directors?

Since, in the circular which mandated the compulsory filing of form 23b, its stated that 23b form should be filed by an auditor appointed in the AGM, I m confused whether its compulsory for first auditor of the company because he was not appointed in an AGM.

If its not mandatory, then what will we fill in 23AC form for that period in the column of SRN of 23B?

Can a memeber/trustee of a charitable trust be a director in a company as a representative of that trust??
If so, the trust can invest money in that company???

A public charitable trust established under Bombay Public Trust Act, in Gujarat, whose main object is educational activities , running schools . Now the said trust is interested to become promoter of a company to be formed, in representative capacity to invest funds. The object of the said company shall remain to purchase a land and to construct the building on the same and the said building will be given on lease to the said public charitable trust for running school.
