when trying to upload form 32 with changes in director under category independent it is showing a message that it is not possible only public limited or listed companies. So my question is why independent not applicable to private limited company.

Dear Experts,

we are the company having regular employee around 1000 and contract employees ranging from Consultants, Trainees, others..

My question is whether PF and PT ( Co situated in Bangalore) applicable for Consultants or not? If what under what sections?

Mr. X is a Tenant and he shares his property without the approval of the owner on certain fixed commission basis to the third party on an agreement.What is the legal consequences. Please note that nowhere he has mentioned that he has let out the property...he is sharing plot for the business of the Third Party for term of 6 years.Further can he be regarded as commissioning agent?
