Addition of director & shareholders

20 June 2013 I have filed for 1A with 2 directors & 2 shareholders.Name is approved. But now I want to make addition in directors & shareholders while filing Form 1.what is the procedure for the same.

21 June 2013 Dear Ankita,

Get the No Objection Letter from the existing directors and shareholders and you can include the new directors and shareholders details in Form 1. Attach the No objection letter in Form 1.

Agreed with expert, take NOC from existing directors and promoters and attached the same with Firm-1 and 32 accordingly.

No Objection Certificate

I, ...... W/o Sh. Arvind Kumar R/o .....hereby state and confirm as under:

1. That I am named as one of the four promoters of a proposed Company namely ............... Pvt Ltd in the Form 1A filed with ROC Delhi & Haryana for availability of the said name;

2. That due to my other pre-occupation, I don’t wish to be the promoter of the said proposed Company

3. That I have no objection if the said proposed company is incorporated by the ROC, Delhi & Haryana with new promoters.
