I have recently entered into a lease agreement in UP for 12 years on a monthly of Rs. 1.80 lacs per month. Also be noted that rent shall esclate 15% every three years on the existing rental.

Could you please let me know the stamp duty amount which need to be paid at the time of registration of Lease Agreement.

Regarding company law

Mr.A is age of 16 year having asset worth of rs. 10 lac, he is taken loan from Mr. B to get admission in engineering college and he agreed with Mr. B that he shall return back the loan taken after 2 year.but after 2 Mr. A is default .Mr.B want to recover his loan by sale Mr.A's assets.
would Mr. B suceed to do so subject to the provision of contract Act........?

Reply for defult in filling & payment professtion tax

My client has received notice from professions tax department for default in filling of the return & payment for the period from 01/04/2012 to 31/03/2013. But there was no employee in his company so there is nothing tax liability. Hence he has not filed return. Kindly help me how to draft letter to professions tax department

A foreign Company would like to acquire more than 51% (ie. 95%) of Shares in a Pvt ltd Company.

1) Is it possible?
2) What is the procedure to transfer the shares, if they want to pay foreign currency?
4) Is there any procedure with RBI, ROC, etc?
3) is IE code compulsory?
