Stamp paper date of use for retiement of partners

my partners in the business is retiring from 31.03.2014 . I have the stamp paper of rs 500 dated on 03.04.2014 . can i use for preparation of retirement deed on it ?

what next i have to follow step as per the legal view.

on which date i have to purchase or use the stamp paper in this matter , pl provide the range of date allow ability to use the stamp paper for this matter ?

Conversion of public company to private company

As per Section 14(1) of companies act 2013 for the said conversion approval of National Company Law Tribunal is required.

I want to know that what will be process to take approval and in which form approval needed to be taken.

Pawnor and pawnee

the pawner (65yr old) has left the family from last 7yrs. the pawnee(bank) is not issuing the property documents to the pawnor's family members whereas the loan against the said property has been settled by them. Kindly suggest me how to get the above documents. so that i can can help those poor family to get their documents.

Appointment & resignation as per co. act 2013

Dear Sir,
A pvt ltd co. has four directors & want to resign two of them & to appoint two new directors. Is form DIR 12 is sufficient or form DIR 11 is also required to be filled with ROC.
Please guide as soon as possible.
