03 July 2014 AS PER COMPANIES ACT, IT IS REQUIRED TO READ OUT AUDITOR'S REPORT IN AN AGM. BUT WHETHER AS PER SEBI GUIDELINES, AUDITOR'S REPORT CAN BE TAKEN AS READ IN AN ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING?
