Rental agreement

Dear experts please help me in the following query .
The Tenant has written the rental agreement for 20 years and get it signed from owner when he was in lunatic condition without surity on rs.20 stamp paper. Now the owner asked to vacate the house and the tenant not vacating. Is there any remedy to the owner ?

it is invalid contract as per contract act as it was signed in lunatic order.
