we have received c form online but there is mistake of tin no. amount.

kindly suggest us procedure to change the c form details. from first stage to last stage.as we have paid cst accurately but only mistake in c form only.is there any penalty ?

Actually i m not completely aware what are changes happened because of introduction of companies act 2013. I've appeared for May 2014 exam but couldn't clear.
Can anyone tell me the name of chapters where the introduction of new companies act makes difference?

I have a query about the 45 sections of Companies Act, 2013, which are made applicable by the ICAI for CA Final Examination in November 2014 that whether those 45 sections clearly abolishes the related old sections of Companies Act, 1956 or we have to study those sections alongwith the new 45 sections.

1) If the director of any pvt co is interested in any proprietorship concern then whether interest is also to be reported in form MBP1.

2) Plz provide the drafted board resolution if any company has already filed for DPT4
in June.
