how do i study ECL,SEBI,Company law in CS-Executive? should I mug up the things or i can write in my own words in exam?

You should first get a clear concept of the topic and then you may also write in your own words. Try to quote relevant sections while answering. Study from Institute Material only. Also refer Guideline answers issued by Institute.
