I develop a Die / tool & same is billed to my customer in US. It is not moved physically to US because I need to use the same Die / tool to manufacture the components which are physically exported to US to same customer.
What are the documents to be submitted to bank to collect the export proceeds of Die / Tool? No shipping bill can be given as there is no physical export.

What are consequences of death of a partner in a partnership of 5 people ?
I hereby want to ask whether any written notice is required to be given by a partner to other partners intimating them of such change .
Whether partners are legally bound to intimate registrar of such change in constitution ? and what is time limit ?

If a company incorporated newly, but no any sales purchases there, but company want to register under PF & ESI. Is it possible to register under PF & ESI whether it is not liable to register PF & ESI?
