Have made an affidavit stating the details of the HUF on a 100 rs stamp paper... But who shall sign it... Whether advocate or a Chartered accountant can also authorize it ?? Pls reply....

Huf ka pan card banwane ke liye jo deed banana padta hai 100 rs ke stamp paper ke upar... Use legally valid to karwana padta hoga na... I mean who authorizes it ??

You may take the help of e service centres to get such affidavits sworn in before appropriate authority (Say magistrate or Tehsildar and so on)
