08 April 2016 Respected Sir,
Have made an affidavit stating the details of the HUF on a 100 rs stamp paper... But who shall sign it... Whether advocate or a Chartered accountant can also authorize it ?? Pls reply....

08 April 2016 What is the case? and what is the query? Why do you need an Advocate or a CA to do affidavit for your HUF?

Huf ka pan card banwane ke liye jo deed banana padta hai 100 rs ke stamp paper ke upar... Use legally valid to karwana padta hoga na... I mean who authorizes it ??

08 April 2016 The Karta of the HUF has to sign it.

08 April 2016 Alright Sir.... This means I have to buy stamp paper of 100 rs. from market... Type the details for Huf... Take sign of Karta and submit along with ID proofs and form 49 A.... Then will get PAN Card.... Is it ???

09 April 2016 yes. You need to do that.
You may take the help of e service centres to get such affidavits sworn in before appropriate authority (Say magistrate or Tehsildar and so on)
