For preparation of Isca coaching is required for qualifying?? Or can i do self study.. If coaching is required which faculty online classes are best?? I cant attend coaching centres due to time constraint..

I had filled my exam form for may15 for both the groups but i could attempt only group1..hence while filling exam for this nov 15 attempt i filled as appeared for grp 1 only with regards to "last appearance details" column..have i filled the form wrongly??plz advice

I am CA final Students. As you are aware, in the papers of Direct Tax & Indirect Tax in CA Final CASE LAWS play vital Role.

Hence My question is that how to study all those case laws which are given by ICAI in Case law book as well as in RTP in proper approach?

Also I want to know how to find Important case laws, how to remember them? and how to present them in examination? So one can fetch maximum marks in Case laws

1. CAN CA FINAL EXAM FORM ATTEST BY C.A. BLOOD RELATIVE i.e. Sister/mother/father OR its prohibited under CA ACT?

2. ARTICLESHIP COMPLETION LETTER need not be attested by any C.A. while sending with exam form ?

dear sir,
my artocleship started on 16/08/2012 which will end on 16/08/2015. but on 13th june 2015 because of death of my principal i have to transfer to partner of principal. i submitted on 14/06/2015 required forms and completed procedure. after that i recieved letter of icai thaT i have taken excess leave of 7 days.i have 2 months & 3 days pending in new principal.
what is procedure now? any procedure or information to submit in 108?

I opted self study for direct taxation for ca final.. I am referring t.n manoharan book. My doubt is there are no. Of case laws under each section specially for pgbp and capital gains.. Do i need to study and remember each and every case law??

Or is it sufficient if i study case laws from icai selected case laws material which is issued 3mon before exam?? Please help me
