I had filled my exam form for may15 for both the groups but i could attempt only group1..hence while filling exam for this nov 15 attempt i filled as appeared for grp 1 only with regards to "last appearance details" column..have i filled the form wrongly??plz advice

Although filled wrongly, it will not hamper your admission to this attempt. So dont worry.
