How to prepare for case laws in dt & idt?

Dear All,
I am CA final Students. As you are aware, in the papers of Direct Tax & Indirect Tax in CA Final CASE LAWS play vital Role.
Hence My question is that how to study all those case laws which are given by ICAI in Case law book as well as in RTP in proper approach?
Also I want to know how to find Important case laws, how to remember them? and how to present them in examination? So one can fetch maximum marks in Case laws

Revision is the key.
Red out the cases, time and again and automatically you will start remembering the names in it.
Focus on the case laws in ICAI practice manual.
