Articleship excess leaves

dear sir,
my artocleship started on 16/08/2012 which will end on 16/08/2015. but on 13th june 2015 because of death of my principal i have to transfer to partner of principal. i submitted on 14/06/2015 required forms and completed procedure. after that i recieved letter of icai thaT i have taken excess leave of 7 days.i have 2 months & 3 days pending in new principal.
what is procedure now? any procedure or information to submit in 108?

extend the articleship by 2 months and 7 days on or after 16/08/2015, as per the convenience of you and your principal.
