After filling exam form can i drop my nov2013 attempt ipcc

as due to unfortunate reasons m not prepared to give my nov2013 attempt of ipcc can i drop this attempt as i have done all the formalities regarding exam form so will it affect my future may 2014 attempt?

so its better na not going for coaching. sir actually I have bought s.d bala and sridhar. I know both author are good but shridhar's formula is too much difficult and and in bala's book there are many mistakes in example. some one told me about rastogi. hows that ?
