as due to unfortunate reasons m not prepared to give my nov2013 attempt of ipcc can i drop this attempt as i have done all the formalities regarding exam form so will it affect my future may 2014 attempt?

You can drop ur exams but it will be counted as an attempt..
However, its better to go for it, at least as warm up practice...
It will be an experience for you...

Its depend on you to appear in exam after submitting exam form.
It is not mandatory to appear in exam. You can escape exam and the Institute will not ask for the absence in exam.
