please tell me how to prepare for ipcc group2,as syllabus have changed for nov 2014.

Helloo Experts
Now, I have cleared the both groups of Ipcc & my articleship was started in march 2014 in a small firm which i am planning to change..Now,its been six month,I have been doing my articleship....I need your valuable advice regarding the prepartion for CA finals.My CA final attempt will be due in Nov2016.
So,please tell me that how should I prepare for the finals...which subject should i start first and coaching of which subjects should be taken at the end?
which subjects can be done with the self study??

What is the eligibility certificate number to be filled up in exam application form for final exam. Is it necessary for claiming exemption. If so where can I get the number.

Please guide me, whether i should go for first group or both groups in CA Final Nov. 14 Attempt.

My May 14 Result - First Group score is 178 (40+42+59+37). (Second group not given)

Now Today my study status is:
1. FR - Weak; Acc. Standards- ok ok
2. SFM - Good except Portfolio & derivative
3. Audit - Good
4. Law - OK > Good

5. AMA - Batch running till 20 Sept.(Good)
6. ISCA - First Reading (OK OK)complete
7. DT - OK OK
8. IDT - only Service Tax complete

Please give action plan also.

I m registered in July 2010 for IPC both groups. Is my registration valid for Nov 2014 attempt?? Or do i need to revalidate?

sir for last 2 attempts I studied in gurukripa books. in last attempt I expected exemption in 2 subjects as i wrote very well but got 43 40 problem is with me or ? . where is my mistake? I am confused

sir if I study icai practice manual & rtp alone thoroughly will I pass in IPCC group 2 or I need to refer other books also?
