I am CA(FINAL) student residing in Singapore with my husband and kids. I cleared my 1st group but my 2nd group is not cleared. I appeared 4 times in 2nd group but unable to clear the 2nd group. I am skipping Nov 14 Exam as it is not possible for me travel to India with my small kids. I am totally disappointed regarding my carrier. It seems I will not be able to fulfill my dream of becoming CA. I want to enquire whether ICAI has any plan of opening exam centre in Singapore as it has overseas exam centre in certain countries.

I have cleared IPCC group 1 under revaluation in May 2014 attempt. I had filled my exam form for both the groups already before i got my revaluation result. I have the revised marksheet as well. Will I be declared absent in Group1 and will any problems occur.? There is no exemption data available on the site.

the mock test paper(LAW ) for ipcc nov.14 exam contain the question relating to comapanies act 1956 also.is this necessary to read companies act 2013 along with 1956

R/sir, I have got exemption in may 2014 CA final attempt in one paper of group 1 now i want to do both group. Can i take the benefit of excess marks received in group 1 in second group. ie inter group setoff is posible or not if i appear in tatal 7 paper at a time instead of total 8 paper.eg if i received 220 marks in group 1 and 180 marks in group 2 can i declared be passed. I've cleared IPC grp 1 .. but didn't score good aggregate in group 2.. I've done self study last time.. and I'm sure of my capabilities so I didn't opt for coaching again... please help me how to plan my study in this 1 month... and more over I've applied for cs executive too.. to write in December I'll have 1 month time after IPC exams.. doing self study for that subjects too.. help me out in better planning..!! i am confused whether to get a new bangar book for appearing for CA final exams in Nov 14 act i had May 13Edition and have read from it but recently i have studied from Practice Manual so please suggest me should i get new book i just wanna read service tax from the same book.
