As of now Companies Act 2013 is not completely in force. You will have to wait for the notification by ICAI.
Expected to be completely applicable by May 2016 term.

For May 2015 term section of Companies Act 2013 notified upto 30th September 2014 will be applicable. For Nov 2015 term no notification issued by ICAI as yet.
