as the secorities pay in and pay out of both funds and securities is completed on the same day but on the other hand it is given in this trade is settled on T+2 basis??? so whether trad eis settled on the same day or next working day....

Is it required to publish a advertisement in newspaper regarding loss of share certificates before issuing duplicate shares in case of shares having less than market value Rs. 10,000.

If so, please also refer to respective guidelines/clauses.

A person is doing share trading business. He is not a broker nor he does any share broking business.

this person trades over phone or internet through his home.

Now the society is raising objection that the person is making commercial use of his property. Pls note. This person is not having any board on his flat. Further the person carrys business on his personal name no, firm etc.

How should the person deal with the society.
