Can you any one help to me about shares stock

can any one help to me and what is basic of share market?

A private limited company issued certain shares in 2004, it year 2008 the shares were to transferred to the lead company, later the shares were transferred again in Jan 2011 and were split. Now what should be the date on these split share certificates? Whether it should be the same date as in original certificates or the date of split and putting of common seal.. Please guide..

Two entities are there A and B both are forming Joint venture called AB JV Company if equity shareholding ratio of company A and B in JV is 60:40 respectivily. What are the normal and special rights of company B which has 40% in JV and what difference compare to having 60% will come in front of Company B.
