Shares transmission query

"A" was a Director in a Company. He had one son and two daughter named as x, y and z. "A" made a "will" and registered with their registrar in 2013. He wrote in the will that the shares held by him in the company will be transmitted to his son "x" and daughter "y" in the ratio of 50% each. "A" expired in 2017. Now his son "x" requested the company to transmit 50% share in his name. He also submitted photocopy of will along with Death Certificate of Father and Mother. Please clarify :

1. Whether 50% share transmitted to the son "x" is or not.

2. If yes, then what the formalities should be done by the company.

Regarding tax audit for stcg

Hello Sir,

I am doing swing trading in cash ( ie I hold shares for 3-5 days ) and sell it. I am having a small loss.No trading has been done in F&O and intraday. Only in equity cash segment.
I also work in an IT company and tax slab is 10%.

Do I need to have tax audit if I need to carry loss for 8 years? And does it come in non- speculative income.

How will it be taxed and which ITR form should I fill.

Please help.

Regards.
Pranav

Old shares in physical

Shares of many companies were purchased by me in the year 1992-93. But, due to some unavoidable event, the files containing the old share certificates was lost and could not be tracked. Now, the said file has been found by me which contains many share certificates of various companies. When, tried to find online the share price of some companies, no any record found there. Can anyone guide me as what should I do now so that I can get value of the said old shares ?

Shares held - physical form

For experts opinion please:
Does SEBI Rules invalidate shares held in physical form after 31-March,2019.
Can holder of physical shares DE-materialize after 31-March 2019
Does that mean the restriction applies to transfer and not holding physical shares.
