Please clarify me the concept of 'SHARE APPLICATION MONEY'. How it is different from:

1. Authorized Sh Capital

How it is treated in B/s and in what head ?

Minor without PAN

PAN is needed in Share/MF/commodity account...so how can one buy in the name of their kids(minor)? Also, how this will be treated...as a gift/loan/some other?
