Dear Sir,
I am doing the job in a ca firm. Last time I made franking of share certificates at BSE but our client calculated stamp duty on face value only & not on premium. So now what i have to do to reactify it. Pls reply

Please enquire someone about adhesive stamps
of required additional amount. You can affix stamps also as I have seen on many share certificates.
