I am a qualified CA and have qualified both IPCC and Final both groups , first attempt. I am really confused regarding the package that i should expect and fill in ICAI placement portal. Please guide.

Dear sir,
i have registered as an article assistant as on 1 july, 2014. Now i have completed 1 year and two months of articleship .I want to get transfer from my office because in my office they mentally harass everyone all the time. I dont want to work in that environment. I just searched on net that I have to get consent from ICAI first. What should I do and what should i write in that application and what should be the format of that application so that ICAI can approve my transfer. What will be the steps for all that formalities.
What if my principle refused to give transfer.

I have recently completed my IPCC exam & looking for articleship at big4. I'll be having personal interview within 2 days at kpmg. As I'm not sure which field should I select(audit or tax), I'm looking for guidance from your side regarding the same and if possible with reasons. I appreciate your time and consideration. Hello. I'm Kaushik. I have appeared for May 15 ipcc exam. I have passed my group 1 in which I got 202 marks. In group 2 I got 143 marks in which I passed individually but failed in aggregate. So in short I failed group 2 by 5 marks. I'm in a very big dilemma whether I should start my Articleship and at the same time prepare for group 2 Nov attempt or whether I should wait till I clear the attempt.
