In Mumbai, what are your chances of getting into a good firm (Big Four) for articleship if you take 3 attempts to clear IPCC?

Dear members would you pls help me regarding preparation of IPCC? I really need some guidance.I'm looking forward to appear in may,2012 for both groups.Im going to tuition from august.in earlier i feel its better to go for tuition.but now its waste of time.but my dad will not let to go for self study.so i've to go to tuitions.i didnt know how these 3months completed.but now also i think im in first chapters of each paper.In all the subjects costing is tough to me.i cant understnd wat sir teeching,i feel crying evryday feeling that i cant clear costing&even one paper.because i didnt planned to studies.i used to make plans but i didnt follow them because this plan have some fault and again next plan,next plan.My classtimings are Group-1:MON-FRI-7am to 1pm,GRoup-2:SAT-SUN-7am to 7pm.please suggest timetable for me and guide me how to start preparation from now.Though I've full belief in myself,so pls help me regarding this,also waiting for your valuable suggestions,thanks

I am a CA Final year student and I am pursuing my articleship from one of the Big 4s. IIMs give weightage to students with industry experience. I am in a doubt whether these 3 years of artivcleship in which I have audited so many companies and interacted with people of the industry will be counted as industry experience if I am to pursue an MBA?

only law relateing to company im am studing in S.Y.B.COM and doing c.s and planning to do l.l.b plz sugest me opportunites in these field ,firms in which i can take traning and also few post graduate cources

I am a recently Qualified 1st attempt CA.
I have applied for COP and have received a letter from ICAI informing me that i have been granted COP (though COP hasnt still been received, i will receive that shortly)
After i have made the application i have joined service with an Corporate..
So do i need to surrender my COP ??
Is there any way in which i can do both.. (Practise & Job) though i am ready to ensure ICAI that i wont do any Audit & Sign any B/S
I wish to continue my service & also hold COP.. is that possible ??

sir,my question was that
my final attempt is may 2014.all said that don't study any subject today as there will be so many amendments in all subjects so everything will go waste.so i am asking whether i can study theory subjects like ISCA, Audit, Law or practical subjects like SFM,Costing today or I should wait for amendments.

I got my membership no just before few days. Now i am planing for my propritery practice in my own name. Please guide me which Forms i have to submit with institute and where.....is it complsory to approve firm name in Form 117? and where to submit Form 117? and necessary to fill form 18 after obtaining approval of firm name....
And to fill form of issue of identity card for members is necessary?
