I have more than 15 years of experience and 45 years of age and am Bcom & MBA. Now would like to go for further qualification. Which will be better for me CWA or CS? Do need to under go compulsory training under practicing CWA/CS in both courses.

I want to face CS Exe. Dec15 along with IPCC Nov15 . B.Com. is Ongoing. I have heard about illegality of pursuing both CA & CS together.(Form 112) What exactly it is & how the ones who actually do the same ,manage CS Articleship with CA Articleship already on roll ? Also does dropping an ipcc attempt detriments one's value in context of application made for articleship in good firms especially BIG4s?

Being eligible for May 15 ipcc if I drop the attempt & thereafter clear ipcc in Nov15 will it be considered as first attempt or not? Also does it hampers our eligibilty & selection for articleship in good firms espesially Big4s ?

once i register for cpt online and pay 6100 then where do i get the study materials from i heard that when you do offline registration you have to pay via DD and they give you the books same time .
