Being eligible for May 15 ipcc if I drop the attempt & thereafter clear ipcc in Nov15 will it be considered as first attempt or not?
Also does it hampers our eligibilty & selection for articleship in good firms espesially Big4s ?

Yes, in the above case nov.15 will be considered as your 1st attempt. There is no issue in articleship in the said case.
