For a qualified Company Secretary, what are the further learning options to make a career in finance considering that CA option is not feasible?

Friends, pls advise as 2 which s d better combinatn: CS+CWA or CS+CFA... I find tht Company Secretaries of leading companies are those with dual prof qlfctns..

And again the sylabus of CA final is going to be change again, in this context what they have to do.

i am recently qualified ca. currently i am studying a short term course of 5 month duration, i have completed all the formalities like articleship,gmcs. i want to know can i apply for membership of the institute as i am neither working nor practising . as there is a requirement in form 2 regarding job details .can i leave these blank and apply for the membership.please tell me what to do.
