How can I check at a glance that all the formulas in a worksheet (whether simetric formula/not)are correctly given or not while I am auditing some calculation in a worksheet? Formula auditing mode (so far as I know) displays the path of the formula given in a particular cell and not that of all the formulas at a time.

2. Get an overview of their internal controls.
3. Visit them to see their internal controls.

I want all the rules regarding ding manual accounting and also doing audit and vouching of manual maintained accounts?

WOS of a US company has incurred share transfer expenses on behalf of Parent Company. The expense does not relate to Indian company. It has to be definitely debited to the US parent company. But, how could we do it? Is it by way of raising a Debit Note or is there any other mode? If invoice is to be raised for the same, is margin to be included as per Transfer Pricing?

The issue is pending since long. Could you please give us the best recourse .

Please explain Compliance & substantive Procedure of Audit.

In many balance sheets I observe a line always attached with debtors in schedule
i.e (Debtors are subject to confirmation).

May I know the source from where the auditor or management got right to attach this line.

As a practising CA, we have to strictly follow the format as given in AAS-35 whilst certifying a PROJECT REPORT. OR, we can implement the theme of AAS-35 viz., the purpose of AAS-35 may be served in other terminology also.

Whether, AAS-35 is applicable to report on the Projections of SMEs or even smaller firms for the purpose of availing Working Capital Limits

Is TDS applicable on provision made for expenses? If yes, then how would we treat the bill at the time of posting?
