Plz any one tell me about this. When entered in Agreement with contractors to do one work Is date of completion must be mentioned is required?If plz sent me format for Agreement?my mail Id is karna.saikiran@gmail.com

Sections of agreement with contractor includes:
a. Parties to the agreement
b. Item (work) specificaions, Item (work)qunatity, item (work) price
c. Delivery schdule, which includes start date of contract, milestone dates and date of completion.
d. Contract price linked to milestones, price inclusion and exclusion clauses, price variation clauses linkedich to say price of input, change in currency rate etc.
e. Payment schedule including mobilisation advance normally linked to submission of bank gurantee, advance recovery, running payments normally linked to milestones, delivery of material, retention money etc.
f. Penalty clauses, in case of non meeting of agreed delievry schdule.
g. Statutory complianace clauses like PF, ESI deposit of labour at site. Non compalinace by contrcator would become employers' libaility.
h. General legal clauses like jurisdiction, non assignment of contracts, addresses for notice etc.
