Co has given advance to Trust owned by co itself and that trust has purchased shares of that particular co only.

Is that is acceptable transaction or it violates any law?

i am doing tax audit of PVT. LTd. in such company car loan taken on director's name and used for business purpose.

But it is shown as loan taken from director but shown as loan taken from bank.

So what to do for adjustments?

Sir I have recently started practice. An asessee has told me to give projected balance sheet & P and L A/c for forthcoming years. Sir What should I verify for that.
And also tell me while attesting which wordings should I use....means before FOR XYZ Associates...like Subject to...
Please provide me the exact wordings so that the burden dos not come on me.
