i want to know,can a statutory auditor certifie other document of the oragnisation in which he is appointed as statutory auditor. are there any prohibition in any code of ethics or in any law?

companies act compliance in internal audit

I am on with an internal audit and found some non compliance to the companies Act but my colligues says as it is a part of Statutory audit we are not needed to comment on that part. is it correct if yes then how to disclose the same while remaining in the scope. please advice.

a school registered under societies Act but not registered under Income Tax Act u/s 10(23)C (Form No:56)

1) What are the applicable tax rates?
2) Whether the Audit is compulsory or Not?
3) Form of Audit Report? (10BB or 3CB/3CD)
4) Form of ITR? (ITR-4 /ITR-7)

Responsibility of audit

whether only signing partner would be liable or all partners would be equally liable, in case of death of signing partner, financial statement found misappropriated then others partners would be liable or not.....?
