helo sir, i am selected in a firm which has major work of ABC audit of news papers and magzines. there are a lot of touring due to which they dont allow me to take classes for first 1.5 years. i have to face problemes regarding my studies but i am ready if such type of work have any scope in future. please give your opinion should i join or not??

A bill for professional services by CA for the period 01.10.2012 to 31.03.2013 was raised on 30 june 2013...will the tds be deducted on service tax component(shown separately on bill) as per circular no 1/2014 dated 13/1/2014....????


And rest of the question keeping same if the same bill would have been for the period 1.10.2013 to 31.03.2014 raised on 20.03.2014.....wat would be the answ..???

I got my books audit and furnished online for A.Y. 2013-14 within the due date i.e. 30.09.2013. My turn over was Rs. 3.65 crores and net profit was Rs. 9.87 lacs. But still I have not filed my return of income. Now, I have found some mistake in the Audit report. Can It be revised by me or my CA?
