Dear sir,

We have a company in which both the directors are foreigners. As per Companies Act 2013 atleast one director has to be Indian. Please suggest me what is the procedure to appoint a Director in India?

In which form audit report is submitted in case of a private ltd. company having turnover below 50 lakhs.Is form 3CD is compulsory in each case of audit. which form is submitted alaong with 3CD, wheter Form 3CA or 3CB. plz suggest me the whole concept.

Due date of furnishing tax audit report

AS per the Circular the due date of furnishing TA Report has been extended to 30.11.2014; so does it mean that date for completion and signing of report is also extended to the same date or audit has to be completed by 30.09.2014 and only uploading is allowed till 30.11.2014?????
