01 September 2014 SIR,I HAVE SIGNED THE TAX AUDIT REPORT OF MY CLIENT BEFORE 25 JULY 2014 AND MY CLIENT HAS SUBMITTED THAT REPORT WITH THE BANK AUTHORITIES AND IT WAS NOT UPLOADED. NOW WHEN I HAVE TO REVISE THE AUDIT REPORT IN NEW FORM 3CD SO WHAT DATE WILL I PUT IN AUDIT REPORT AND IN STATEMENTS ANNEXED TO IT? THE PREVIOUS AUDIT REPORT DATE OR THE NEW ONE?? THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR REPLY?

01 September 2014 Tax audit report under section 44AB of the Act filed during the period from 1st April, 2014 to 24th July, 2014 in the pre-revised Forms shall be treated as valid tax audit report furnished under section 44AB of the Act.

01 September 2014 Sir but my query is that I have not uploaded the report before 25 july . I have just signed it and my client has submitted it to the bank for seeking loan etc. But now as I have to fill 3cd in new format to upload the audit report. So now while signing the audit report which date I will put in the audit report and in the statements annexed to it.The date of previous audit report signed or the date in which I will upload the audit report..?
