For disputed client

I HAVE SOLD MATERIAL LAST YEAR BUT THERE WAS SOME DISPUTE WITH CUSTOMER .SO WE THINK WE WILL NOT GET AMOUNT AND NOT TAKE IN SALES REGISTERS . AND NOW HE GIVEN A CHEQUE . SO WHAT I HAVE TO DO. WHICH ENTRY CAN I PASS

Fixed assets

Whether depriciation should be charged on the mobile phones if cost of mobile phone is reimbursable from client on fixed basis.and

will it be classified under Fixed assets if this is purchased only for providing service to client.

Query for vat audit

SIR, IN THE YEAR OF 2013-14,EVERY MONTH WE HAVE FILED VAT RETURNS.BY OVERSIGHT MARCH'2013 PURCHASES ( WHICH IS FY 2012-13 ) SHOWN IN APRIL 2013( WHICH IS FY 2013-14 ). NOW OUR VAT AUDIT GOING ON. BY MISTAKE THIS IS HAPPEND.WE HAVE FINDOUT THIS MISTAKE NOW ONLY..HOW IT WILL BE RESOLVED. TO VAT AUDITORS,WHAT TO BE ANSWERED...PLEASE HELP ME OUT...FROM THIS PROBLEM..

Pan no.requirement on invoice

whether PAN no. is compulsory to be mentioned in Invoice...if it's not mentioned then rate of TDS will be 20%??????is it compulsory to deduct TDS @20%..????
