One of my client is purchased office cabin for the purpose of office at site. It is useful for more than one year and it will be treat as fixed asset. Can u tell me the rate at which depreciation will calculate as per companies act & income tax act.
sir i have purched shares worth 50000 and and same day i sold had worth 25000 than in few day i remaining in 26500 so what would be my turnover for the audit purpose.
The employees are eligible to draw Rs.1000/- PM towards internet expenses since they work from home due to odd hours even though the broad band connection works out to Rs.1,500/-. From audit point of view, whether it is mandatory whether the connectivity should be in the name of the employee. Suppose the employee uses the home connection which is in the name of family members, whether he is not eligible to avail the reimbursement. Here in this case only whole broad band bill is not reimbursed and only a part of it. This is like reimbursement of TA and DA. Some times actual receipts are submitted and if actual receipt is not there, certain amount is paid without actual receipt. How to convince the auditor that the receipt in the name of the family member is genuine with the address as per HR records, one to be reimbursed?
a company incorporated on 30/05/2012 and appoint the first auditor on 16/06/2012 for period from 30/05/2012 to 31/03/2013, now company wants to remove the auditor which they appointed and in his place new auditor should appointed at present for the same period (i.e from 30/05/2012 to 31/03/2013). is it possible, and if possible then what is the procedure.

A company incorporated on 30/05/2012 and held its board meeting on same day and appoint its first auditor but intimate auditor about the appointment on 25/06/13(approx after 1 year)and auditor file form 23b on 28/06/13. then there is any penalty for company for not intimate about its appointment within 7 days of board meeting
For A.y.2013-14 we need to file audit report.
My question is that in which form we have to give audit report to assessee whose gross turnover is below 1 crore & his profit is below 8 %?.And he is required to get his account audited.
If we prepare report under 3cb & 3cd then,it is count in ceilling limit of 45 audit?
